1. Membership
: |
|
The Membership of
the society shall be open to any person from both the sex who have
attained the age of 18 years, having sound mind & wishing for the
betterment of the society but the subject to the approval of the Executive
Committee of the society. There shall be following categories of
membership. |
|
(a) Life
Member :
Any person donating a sum of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)
or more shall be called a life member.
(b) Active member :
Person contributing a sum of Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five thousand only) in a
year shall be called an active member.
(c) Ordinary Member :
Person contributing an yearly subscription of Rs. 751 (Rupees Seven
hundred fifty one only) shall be called an ordinary member.
(d) On the term & Condition decided by it, the general body of the
Society may admit those persons as Patrons and Advisers who are likely to
help in implementing the objectives of the society through financial
assistance or through knowledge and experience. |

3. Termination
of membership : |
|
The Executive
Committee of the society shall have the power to expel/ terminatemember
or/and members from the membership of the above society on any one of the
following grounds.
(a) Resigns or dies or becomes unsound of mind.
(b) By a competent court sentences to imprisonment for any offence
involving moral turpitude.
(c) If disregards rules and regulations or disobeys the decisions of the
Executive Committee.
(d) If found executive committee to be engaged in activities which are
against the interests of the society.
(e) If found to be involved in any antisocial activities.
(f) Any member if defaults in payment of annual subscription for a period
exceed three months shall automatically cease to be a member.
(g) If has not attended three consecutive meetings.
Note : The decision of the governing body regarding the termination
from the membership of the society, shall be communicated to the member
concerned. |

4. Executive
Committee : |
|
The Executive
committee shall consist of not less than 05 persons and not more than 07
persons who will be elected by the general body. The committee so elected
shall continue in existance for a period of at least 5 years. The
governing body shall appoint from among themselves the following office
bearers (Officers); (i) President (ii) Secretary. |

5. Power and
Function of the Executive Committee : |
|
(a) The executive
committee shall be solely responsible for the management of all the
affairs of the society and it shall have necessary power for executive
decision in all respect.
(b) To raise money by way of subscription, donations, grants and loan etc.
(c) To frame bye-laws relating to the internal administration of the
society.
(d) To consider application for membership.
(e) To decide on the establishment of branch office of the society.\
(f) To do all such lawful acts and things as one conductive to the
attainment of the object of the society.
(g) To mortgage the properties of the society for acheiving the aims &
objectives.
(h) To build all required infrastructure & have the right for any sale
and sale & purchase deed, for the cause of the society. To lease the
properties available anyehere for the cause of society. |

6. Amendments
: |
|
Any additions,
alterations or omissions in the objects and rules & regulations of the
society shall be effected by resolution of the society by 3/5th majority
of the members of general body at a special general body meeting of the
society. |

Proceedings : |

8. Dissolution
: |
|
(a)
Before dissolution of the Society, consent from the State Government will
be obtained.
(b) At least 2/3rd members of the society may decide to dissolve the
society and accordingly its dissolution may be made immediately or within
a stipulated period as decided in the meeting of the general body.
(c) All necessary actions regarding dues and claims, close and disposal of
accounts and transfer of property of the society will have to be taken
according to the rules of the society and decided by the Executive
Committee and General Body. If there is difference of opinion between the
members on any issue the resolution passed by 2/3rd majority will be
final. |
